Alicia has worked so hard to complete her Baden Powell Award, the highest award that can be achieved by a Guide. Alicia challenged herself to try new activities, she even had an adventure representing North East England Girlguiding on their ICE (International Community Experience) trip.
Alicia is the last to ever achieve this award in Chester-Le-Street as this award has now been superseded by the Guide Gold Award. It was lovely to watch her gain confidence while she completed her Baden Powell Award.
Alicia is now working on her next challenge which is the Young Leader Qualification and helps at 2nd Chester-Le-Street Brownies each week. Alicia is now inspiring the Brownies to attempt to attain their Gold Award.
